Refund policy

Because our products are made to order and mostly personalized, we have a NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS policy in place.  ALL orders are FINAL.

We do strive for 100% satisfaction, therefore:

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on OUR part, (any damage to the item upon  receipt or if the personalization doesn't match what you entered when you placed your order) we will gladly replace it.  Simply send a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order and we will take care of it.

Non-personalized apparel CAN be exchanged for a different size, however, only 1 item per order can be exchanged so if in doubt about what size to order, please refer to our sizing charts and make a smaller order first to be sure.  You can also reach out with any questions before placing your order.
