Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping within the US.

We utilize USPS, UPS, DHL, and FEDEX depending on the pricing available for each shipment.  We make the choice for you to keep our costs down.  We do not offer any express shipping at this time.

Please be patient with us in regards to shipping as we have NO control over how quickly the shipping companies get your package to you.  We strive to get the orders made and shipped as quickly as possible (please see the estimates on each listing).  There may be delays on the part of the shipping companies due to weather events, strikes, and holidays.  If your package is marked as lost by the shipping company, we will replace it.  However, if your package is marked as delivered and you are unable to locate it, you will need to reach out to the carrier to determine where it was delivered (sometimes they mark it as delivered before actually delivering it).  If your package is stolen, please reach out to the police to file a report.
